Mr. Testa has served as our Operating Officer since December 2008. Previously Mr. Testa was President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of Live On The Go, an online ordering community for take out food, which he co-founded. In 2005, Mr Testa co-founded Direct Practice, an integrated medical facility that allows doctors the ability to share common resources. From 1991 to 2005, Mr. Testa served in various capacities, including most recently Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of American DataMed. American DataMed was a national document management company with over $20 million in revenue, 17 offices and more than 200 employees when the company was sold in 2005 to the largest competitor due to American Datamed’s superior technology. At American DataMed, Mr. Testa designed and developed the first widely accepted web-based application and fully integrated solution that revolutionized the way law firms and insurance companies order, track, receive and pay for documents. In 2005 similar web-based applications accounted for more than 75% of the entire industry compared to 1999 when this process was first developed and accounted for less than one percent.
Mr. Rosenkrantz has over six years of software development management experience where his primary focus has been on creating custom application and web-based technologies for the healthcare industry. Most recently he has been working with large health plans, overseeing the creation of custom software for the full lifecycle management of: Audit/Review, HCC and RADV projects.
As the manager on several such projects he has extensive experience working from conception to deployment with specific attention to the complexities surrounding: HIPAA and HITECH Act compliance, the transmission & storage of PHI, SQL database architecture, network and data security, application design & usability, encryption and 3rd party integration.
Prior to working in the data management industry, Mr. Rosenkrantz served as both the Project Manager and Marketing Director for Live On The Go, a web-based software company that processed online ordering for takeout food and was later sold to Kudzu Interactive. In 2004, he founded a boutique software development, design and marketing firm called Brösen Creative, where he still oversees business. Mr. Rosenkrantz graduated Magna Cum Laude from Chapman University where he received both a BFA in Design and a BA in Multimedia Public Relations & Advertising.
